Digital Discernment: Navigating Life, Faith, and Technology  

Dr. Kate Ott serves as the keynote speaker for this year’s Common Day of Learning at SPU.  In our fast-moving world with ever changing digital technologies, we have new questions of right vs. wrong and face complicated moral decisions that come with navigating life, faith, and technology. Rather than being told how to respond or given a list of do’s and don’ts to follow, Dr. Ott provides us with ways of reflecting on and discerning moral responses. In this 2024 Day of Common Learning we explore ethical issues in a digital age.
